Who we are

Midass Care Limited is approved by the CQC as a provider of Domiciliary care and support services to people in their own homes and community. We also provide Support Workers and Nurses for various care settings including General Hospitals, Mental Health Hospitals, Learning Disability, Supported Living, Respite and Nursing Homes. We provide both temporary and permanent staff. The company is managed by competent team of experienced professionals in Health & Social Care.

Our Operations

We operate a 24 hours service line.
Our 24hours booking phone lines are 01753 247735 and 07767110368.
We respond to requests within 2 hours update on the staff placement will be given regularly.
Requests made after midnight are serviced after 05.30 hrs
Cancellation of request should be effected within 24 hours to the start of the shift. Full shift wages will be changed for cancellation while staff has already arrived at the clients’ premises.
Staff timesheets are correctly filled and approved at the end of the shift

Service Delivery

  • We ensure that the service is flexible and non-discriminatory. We enhance individual’s independence, dignity, privacy and rights to make choices.
  • We ensure that there are programmes of staff recruitment, trainings, and personal development to ensure that the needs of the clients and service users is/are met.
  • Efficiently manage, making the best use of resources to maximize best value for both the commissioner and the person receiving the service
  • We match the nominated staff/s to the needs of our clients and service users and ensure that changes are made for valid reasons within the terms of the contract.
  • We identify risks and take measures to reduce or eliminate them in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy of the organization.
  • We provide all our clients and service users with written information on the organization including a service users guide, daily records/logs and details of the organization’s complaints procedure and how to use it.
