Who we are

Midass Care Limited is approved by the CQC as a provider of Domiciliary care and support services to people in their own homes and community. We also provide Support Workers and Nurses for various care settings including General Hospitals, Mental Health Hospitals, Learning Disability, Supported Living, Respite and Nursing Homes. The company is managed by competent team of experienced professionals in Health & Social Care.

Objectives

The company aims to deliver affordable and quality healthcare. Our services are constantly reviewed to achieve a high standard through quality monitoring, flexibility and the personalization of the service to the client and individual user. Our staff are suitably trained, skilled and experienced to provide the services we deliver. They receive formal one to one supervision at regular intervals and their performance in monitored on day to day basis. Each staff member recovers an annual appraisal of their training needs and this is recorded and acted upon.
